Return Policy

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. You can get in touch with us by visiting our contact us page.

To return your item(s) please follow the steps bellow:

  1. CONTACT US

Start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us via email: [email protected] or our contact page and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.

  1. GET RETURN INSTRUCTION

Professional suggestions will be offered and our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves and bags).

  1. RETURNS THE GOODS

Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it according to the return instruction. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

  1. REFUND

Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund based on our return conditions. Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you . Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 14 days from the date of receiving your item.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
Sending you replacement (if in stock) or issue a refund and we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping. If the product is not defective, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be exempt from a refund.

Promotion and discount codes

If you decide to return an order that has been purchased with a discount code applied, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the discount code.
This means that if the items returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend of the discount code then the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. For example, a 10€ discount (with a minimum threshold spend of 60€ – excluding the delivery charge) will be removed if the returned product(s) brings the total order value below 60€. Returning an order with a free postage discount (which has not been provided as a code) will not affect the refund value.
